People Served - Outpatient:

• Number of people served: 1,802
• 87% of patients likely to recommend

Within 3 months of discharge, people reported:

• 84% returned to social activities
• 74% reported increased independence

Community and fitness outcomes:

• 95% of participants in sports & rec reported improved quality of life
• 95% of participants would recommend driver assessment and training
