People Served - Outpatient:

• Number of people served: 1,730
• 84% of patients likely to recommend

Within 3 months of discharge, people reported:

• 80% returned to social activities
• 75% reported increased independence

Community and fitness outcomes:

• 90% of participants in sports & rec reported improved quality of life
• 84% of participants would recommend driver assessment and training
