Campus guide
The Heart Center doors are open to the public from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. The main lobby Guest Service desk (information desk) is staffed 5 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week. The east entrance is closed to the public.

Admitting
Mercy's main patient registration department is open Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. For your convenience, enter through the emergency door, which is open 24 hours a day.
Registration for radiology, emergency and heart patients is done at the point of service.

Tobacco-free campus
In keeping with the Mercy Hospital purpose of promoting health and healing, tobacco usage is not permitted on the campus.

We offer GuestNet, free Wi-Fi wireless high-speed internet access for our patients and visitors in all areas of the hospital.
Parking
Mercy Hospital provides free parking for patients and visitors.
