Jennifer Fease — project manager

Jennifer FeaseJennifer Fease, BS, MSRSc, CCRC, is a project manager with the neurovascular program at Abbott Northwestern Hospital. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a bachelor’s degree in Neurobiology, obtained a graduate certificate in Medical Device Development from the University of St. Thomas, trained as an Emergency Medical Technician, and has been a Certified Clinical Research Professional since 2013. Fease is currently finishing her master of science degree in Regulatory Science of medical devices from the University of St. Thomas and master of science in Nursing at St. Catherine University.

Before joining the John Nasseff Neuroscience Institute research team in 2013, Fease worked as a research coordinator and research assistant for the Neurointerventional Radiology department at Abbott Northwestern Hospital from 2006-2013, focusing on brain aneurysm and stroke treatments.

Fease currently partners with the teams in Neurointerventional Radiology, Neurovascular and Stroke, Neuro-Critical Care, and Neurosurgery at Abbott Northwestern Hospital. She is responsible for supporting industry and NIH sponsored trials as well as investigator-initiated work by facilitating communication with study sponsors, protocol and consent development, protocol logistics and initiation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and staff training. Fease also supports the neurovascular department with developing and maintaining databases, performing literature reviews to support evidence-based practices, coordinating data analyses, and assisting with poster, presentation and publication development.
