[WCCO-TV, March 26, 2019]   Almost 18 million people might look a little different today than they did a year ago, according to data released by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons on Monday. The organization composed of board-certified plastic surgeons reported seeing a rise in overall plastic surgery and nearly a quarter million more cosmetic procedures in 2018 compared with 2017 in its annual statistics report.
