DAISY Award for Nurses

The DAISY (Diseases Attacking the Immune System) Award is an ongoing international recognition program that celebrates nurses who make a lasting difference.  Nurses can be nominated by anyone who receives or sees extraordinary compassionate care.  That includes patients, their loved ones and other health care professionals.

All New Ulm Medical Center and affiliate nurses are eligible, including RNs, LPNs, Advanced Practice Nurses, CRNAs, and nursing leaders.

BEE Award

The BEE (Being Exceptional Every Day) Award recognizes all (non-nursing) team members, at the New Ulm Medical Center, whose care touches the hearts of those they serve, going above and beyond any job description.

Nominations may be submitted by current patients, family/visitors, volunteers, and New Ulm Medical Center staff.
