How to navigate holiday stress and manage your mental health

[WCCO-TV News, December 07, 2023] The holiday season certainly brings joy to the world, but it also brings stress as you try to live up to expectations – financially, socially and emotionally. Sometimes that stress can become overwhelming. Allina Health psychologist David Nathan, PsyD LP went on WCCO-TV’s 4 p.m. show to talk about the causes of that stress. He also shared some ways to reframe your thoughts to better manage your emotions during this time of year.
