How to let Dry January help you drink less

It’s a public health campaign urging people to abstain from alcohol for the month of January, after a holiday season known for over indulging. Katherine Anschutz, an Allina Health licensed alcohol and drug counselor, talked with KSTP TV about how you can benefit from taking a month off from drinking.
