[KSTP TV, January 25, 2019]   Allina Health leaders and Anoka County and Coon Rapids elected leaders took part in a "Demolition Ceremony" marking the start of renovating 58,000 square feet of space in Coon Rapids into Allina’s new Customer Experience Center which will consolidate 62 different current call centers around the system. [KARE 11, January 24, 2019]   The new Minnesota influenza report shows outbreaks at schools are on the rise for the second week in a row. According to the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), 30 schools reported outbreaks last week, up from 12 the week before.

[KMSP Fox 9, January 17, 2019]   Anti-vaxxers, or those who oppose vaccines, were deemed a top "threat to global health" in 2019 by the World Health Organization (WHO). The organization in a recently released list said that while vaccines are "one of the most cost-effective ways for avoiding disease," there are several reasons — including "complacency, convenience and confidence" — that are to blame.
