Teen volunteer opportunities

Unity Teen Volunteers

The VolunTEEN program consists of young men and women ages 15 to 17 years. Volunteering is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and discover new talents and abilities. Unity Hospital Auxiliary welcomes teens interested in volunteering and invites you to join in its service.

  • VolunTEENs are asked to work one 4-hour shift every two weeks in a service area of their choice at a time convenient to them.
  • This is our minimum requirement; volunteers may work more often if they wish.
  • We offer three 4-hour shifts a day, seven days a week 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.; 1 – 5 p.m. and 5 – 9 p.m.

  • Fill out a VolunTeen Service Application.
  • Attend an orientation meeting to learn more about our program.
