Owatonna Hospital BEE (Being Exceptional Everyday) Award recognizes team members whose care touches the hearts of those they serve in a way that goes above and beyond any job description.
Every position, from direct caregiver to support staff, has the potential to make a difference in the lives of those we serve. This includes, but is not limited to, nursing assistants, physical therapists, housekeeping, dietary staff, and maintenance.
Nominations may be submitted by patients, family members, volunteers, and staff at Owatonna Hospital.
