Current residents

Rachel Cohen is originally from Park Ridge, IL. She attended the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities where she earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry (2020) and Doctor of Pharmacy (2025). From the end of undergraduate school through most of pharmacy school, Rachel worked as a pharmacy tech/intern with Walgreens Pharmacy. She later worked as a pharmacy intern with Bloomington Drug. Rachel's clinical interests include emergency medicine and cardiology. After work, she likes to unwind by spending time with her fiancé, Joey, and their two cats. Her favorite hobbies include reading, crocheting, and baking.

Vanessa Keo is from Prior Lake, MN. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and her Doctor of Pharmacy at Regis University in Colorado. She worked at CVS Pharmacy as a technician during her undergraduate career and continued as a pharmacy intern throughout pharmacy school. Her clinical interests include cardiology, critical care, and internal medicine. In her free time, Vanessa enjoys baking, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family.

Andrew Stang is originally from Maple Grove, MN. He earned his Bachelor’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Doctor of Pharmacy at North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND. Throughout pharmacy school Andrew worked as a pharmacy intern at Walgreens in Edina and The Medicine Shoppe in Fargo. His clinical interests include psychiatry, endocrinology, infectious diseases, and ambulatory care.  In his free time Andrew enjoys running, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.

Jessica Vu is from Lakeville, MN and now lives in Lino Lakes, MN. She attended the University of Minnesota Twin Cities where she received her bachelor’s degree in biology. She continued her education at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and received her Doctor of Pharmacy. Throughout pharmacy school, Jessica worked for CVS Pharmacy and United Hospital as a pharmacy intern. Her clinical interests include infectious disease and oncology. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, playing tennis and pickleball, and spending time with family and friends.
