District One Hospital

Located just 50 miles south of Minneapolis/St. Paul, District One Hospital provides a broad range of health care services to Faribault and the surrounding communities.

Hospital entrance

The front, exterior entrance of the hospital is locked from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. on weekdays and locked on weekends. All patients and visitors will need to enter the hospital through the Emergency Department off of 6th Ave SE during off hours. The Emergency Department will provide the most safe, secure and efficient after-hours entrance into the hospital for patients and families.

Restricted visiting guidelines 

To protect the health and safety of our patients and staff, Allina Health has instituted a no visitor policy in all of its hospitals, clinics and other locations. There are limited exceptions to this policy. Learn more about no visitor policy and visitor requirements including exceptions.
