Eligibility:
You must be a current graduate student at an accredited university in one or more of the following programs AND must confer graduation between December 2025 and July 2027
- Master’s Degree in Health Administration (MHA)
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration – with a healthcare emphasis (MBA)
- Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH)
- Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) with dual MBA, MHA, or MPH
- Juris Doctorate (JD)
OR
- Equal or relevant graduate degree with an focus on Healthcare Administration

- Allina Health will offer both an Acute Care and Ambulatory Care Fellowship track. Candidates will complete a single application and may indicate interest in the Acute Care track, Ambulatory Care track, or both. Final track placement will be determined by the Program Sponsor and Fellowship Track Leaders following the final interview process based on organizational needs, candidate interests, and overall fit
