Bladder cancer

Bladder cancer includes transitional cell bladder cancer, squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma.

Blood cancers

Leukemia, lymphoma and multiple myeloma are some types of blood cancers.


Brain tumor

Pituitary adenomas, meningocele and spinal cord tumors are types of brain cancers.

Breast cancer

Breast cancer includes ductal carcinoma and invasive lobular carcinoma.

Cervical cancer

Cervical cancer includes squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma

Colorectal cancer

Also known as colon or rectal cancer, colorectal cancer includes rectum cancer.

Endocrine cancer

Cancers dealing with the hormone system of the body fall under endocrine and thyroid cancers.

Head and neck cancer

Head and neck cancers include oral cancers such as cancers of the lips, larynx and salivary glands.


Kidney cancer

Kidney cancers include renal cell carcinoma, Wilms tumor and urothelial cancer of the kidney pelvis and ureter.

Leukemia

A type of blood cancer is leukemia.

 


Liver and bile duct cancer

The second most common kind of liver cancer is bile duct. The most common kind is hepatocellular carcinoma. This also includes fibrolamellar, hepatoblastoma, angiosarcoma and hemangiosarcoma.

Lung cancer

Lung cancer includes adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and large cell carcinoma.





Lymphoma

Lymphoma includes Hodgkin’s disease and cancer of the white blood cells.

Melanoma (skin cancer)

The least common type of skin cancer is melanoma.

Non-melanoma (skin cancer)

Types of non-melanoma skin cancer include basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma.

Ovarian cancer

A type of reproductive cancer is ovarian cancer.

 



Pancreatic cancer

Pancreatic cancer includes adenocarcinoma of the pancreas and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors.

Prostate cancer

Prostate cancer is a cancer of the male reproductive system.



Sarcoma

Sarcomas include bone sarcoma (osteosarcoma) and soft tissue sarcoma.

Skin cancer (melanoma)

The least common type of skin cancer is melanoma.

Skin cancer (non-melanoma)

Non-melanoma types include basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma.


Stomach and esophageal

Cancers of the upper gastrointestinal (GI) tract fall under stomach and esophageal cancers.

Testicular cancer

Testicular cancer is one type of cancer of the male reproductive system.


Thyroid cancer

Thyroid cancer has four main types: papillary (most common) as well as follicular, anaplastic and medullary.

Uterine

Uterine cancer is also known as endometrial cancer.
