Influenza, RSV and COVID are pushing hospitals to the limit

[WCCO-TV News, December 02, 2022] The combination of surging respiratory illnesses and staffing shortage has combined to fill hospitals, emergency departments and urgent cares to beyond capacity. WCCO-TV News surveyed area health care systems to see what steps area health care systems are being taken to best care for the patients that come through their doors. Helen Strike, president United Hospital Hastings Regina Campus and River Falls Hospital and co-leader of the Allina Health Capacity and Surge Team, spoke to WCCO.
