Staying safe in the extreme cold

Minnesota has experienced a stretch of extreme cold weather. Sue Inoue, MD, is with the Allina Health United Family Physicians Clinic. She spoke with WCCO-TV about ways to prepare for the cold weather and signs of frost bite and hypothermia.
