Allina Health CEO Dr. Penny Wheeler joins Gov. Walz urging all to mask and social distance

[KSTP TV, November 19, 2020] Gov. Tim Walz held a news conference Thursday afternoon with health care leaders to urge Minnesotans to take the rising COVID cases and deaths seriously. One of those health care leaders was Allina Health CEO Dr. Penny Wheeler.
