MN United and Allina Health offering online fitness coaching for free

[KSTP TV, July 17, 2020] Minnesota United is kicking off a new campaign with Allina Health, offering online fitness coaching for free.

A new video will be released every week in the month of July with workouts you can do from home.

"We could all use a little more fitness and we could also use a little more fun,” said Allina Health's Dr. Greg Folsom, one of the team's physicians. “We think these videos brought both of those things."
