Allina Health EMS to serve Lino Lakes starting June 1

[Quad Community Press, May 19, 2020] As of June 1, the ambulance service in Lino Lakes is set to change.

The Lino Lakes City Council has now taken action so that it has a say in what that change looks like. The city approved a resolution May 11 calling for Allina Health EMS to be the provider of primary ambulance service for the city.

“We are recommending we move forward with Allina Ambulance service effective June 1,” Director of Public Safety John Swenson said. “Allina has a longstanding operation in Anoka County with many positive comments regarding their ambulance services from other Anoka County jurisdictions currently being serviced by Allina Ambulance.”
