Allina Health paramedic works magic in the back of his ambulance

Allina Health Paramedic Ivan Mazurkiewicz runs on emergencies all over the north metro. And, in many cases, the most potent medicine might be in a little black bag he carries.
"I have lots of decks of cards, coins, balls," Mazurkiewicz said.
A professional paramedic and an amateur magician, Mazurkiewicz finds a way to combine both in the back of his ambulance.
"I try and use magic as a way to break the ice a little bit. If you're a kid, it's very scary to be back there," he said.
