[WCCO-TV, May 06, 2019]   As it has for the past six years, Allina Health offered free skin cancer screenings on Melanoma Monday, the first Monday of every May. Allina Health dermatologist Dr. Elizabeth Farhat told WCCO-TV News that caught early, skin cancer is easily curable, but left untreated it can be deadly.

[County News Review, May 06, 2019]   Approximately 100 local officials, psychotherapists, county social workers, community members and staff turned out for the ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house held at Cambridge Medical Center April 23, celebrating two new mental health programs: a new adult partial hospitalization program and an adult mental health outpatient program . The two new mental health programs offered at Cambridge Medical Center opened on April 15.

Tim Walz at the Capitol for news conference calling on the legislature to extend the 2 percent provider tax that raises about $700 million a year earmarked for low-income health care.
