Big snows mean narrower city streets

[KMSP Fox 9, February 21, 2019] If you've driven in city streets recently you've noticed streets narrowing as plow don't get close to the curbs. That's making tough for drivers, especially ambulances and fire trucks, to get through. Fox 9 News talked to Allina Health EMS operations manager Jeff Lanenberg about how they're managing.
