Help for people struggling with gambling addictions

[KARE 11, October 25, 2018] It’s estimated more than five million Americans battle gambling addiction, and experts say many of them started by betting on sports or fantasy leagues.

There’s also a growing body of evidence that people are becoming addicted to fantasy sports sites even though those sites aren’t technically regulated as online betting sites.

Dr. Roger Laroche is an addiction expert with Allina Health. Dr. Laroche talked with KARE 11 and shared some important insights on dependency.
