[Healthcare IT News, June 30, 2017]   Allina Health announced this week that approximately half a million patients in the Minneapolis region can now read the notes physicians write about them. Allina said that its patients can now log into a portal to view not just those notes but also doctor’s instructions and next steps as well as prescriptions and orders.

[KARE11-TV, June 28, 2017]   An attentive Ramsey County Sheriff's Office deputy, who happened to read the original KARE 11.com article, located a stolen Courage Kenny ski equipment trailer Wednesday afternoon. Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute tells KARE 11 the trailer was found in Little Canada, about three miles north Lake Owasso in Roseville.

[Star Tribune, June 25, 2017]   Terri Hopp, 63, of Litchfield, is one of the people who feels she has benefited. Earlier this month, Dr. Josser Delgado repaired Hopp’s non-ruptured aneurysm at Abbott Northwestern by placing four metal coils inside the 5-millimeter balloon of weakened tissue on the left side of Hopp’s internal carotid artery terminus, a major vessel in the brain.

[River Falls Journal, June 19, 2017]   The new Allina Health River Falls Clinic located at the corner of East Division Street and Highway 35 provides a hometown care setting with next-door access to a regional health system. The 17-exam-room clinic, which opened its doors Monday, June 19, will offer family medicine and women’s health services as well as acupuncture through the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing, while the adjacent River Falls Area Hospital provides specialty care such as a birth center, cancer care and rehabilitation services.
