Abbey Ahlrichs is originally from Dubuque, Iowa. She completed her PharmD at the University of Iowa in Iowa City. Her current clinical practice interests include pain management, palliative care and emergency medicine. Upon completion of her residency, Ahlrichs would like to work as a clinical pharmacist in an acute care setting and pursue board certification in pharmacotherapy. Outside of pharmacy, Ahlrichs enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants and exploring around the Twin Cities.

Brian Fahey is originally from Vadnais Heights, Minn. He completed his bachelor of arts in chemistry and his PharmD at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. His current interests include cardiology, infectious disease and critical care. Upon completion of his residency, Fahey would like to either obtain a PGY2 in cardiology or pursue board certification in pharmacology and work as a clinical pharmacist in a hospital setting. Outside of pharmacy, Fahey enjoys hiking, baking and downhill skiing.

Trisha Joo is originally from Plymouth, Minn. She completed her bachelor of science in biology and her PharmD at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Her current interests include cardiology, critical care and emergency medicine. Upon completion of her residency, Joo would like to work as a clinical pharmacist in an acute care setting and become a board certified pharmacotherapy specialist. Outside of pharmacy, Trisha enjoys traveling, visiting coffee shops and spending time with family and friends.

Tiffany Thurmes is originally from Hastings, Minn. She has completed her bachelor of science in biology at the University of Wisconsin – Madison and her PharmD at the University of Minnesota on the Duluth campus. Her current clinical areas of interest include critical care, practice management and general medicine. Upon completion of her residency, Thurmes would like to pursue a PGY2 in health-system pharmacy administration or work as a clinical pharmacist in an acute care setting. Outside of pharmacy, Thurmes enjoys live music, hiking and traveling.

Christopher Caracci is originally from Des Moines, Iowa. He received his doctorate of pharmacy and master of public administration in 2018 from Drake University in Des Moines. He completed his PGY1 pharmacy practice residency at United Hospital in 2019. Upon completion of his PGY2 health-system pharmacy administration and leadership residency, Caracci would like to pursue a pharmacy leadership position within a large, integrated health care system that involves oversight of a variety of pharmacy practice environments including pharmacy operations, financial management, informatics, and medication safety. Outside of pharmacy, Caracci enjoys trying new restaurants and breweries, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
