Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) - all employees have an opportunity to play a strategic role as change agents and advocates by joining one of several ERGs. ERGs allow for multiple opportunities, including being part of an employee-led team that advises our executive leadership team on organizational decisions related to the experiences of the diverse communities they represent. 

Mission Matters – all employees are encouraged to participate in Mission Matters, an employee volunteerism program, offering resources and rewards to employees who share their time and talents with their community.

Residents are supported to attend professional meetings, including:
