This smoothie is packed with vitamins and minerals from the fresh ingredients, making it a great snack or dessert to keep your eyes, hair and skin healthy!
Ingredients:
2 large bananas, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 cups roughly chopped pineapple
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 cup crushed ice
1/4 cup tart cherry juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1/16 teaspoon nutmeg
4 maraschino cherries, for garnish*
4 mint leaves, for garnish*
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients (except garnishes) in a blender.
2. Make sure the blender is covered, then blend on high until smooth.
3. Pour into four glass jars, garnish* (if desired) and enjoy!
