Care team

Certified wound, ostomy and continence nurses

Our wound care clinicians have completed post-graduate course work and national certification in Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing (CWOCN).

  • Denise Lindberg, RN, CWCN

They provide wound assessment, establish an individualized treatment plan, provide on-going evaluations and interventions

Your primary care provider and other specialists

Our wound care clinicians collaborate with the patient's primary doctor and other medical specialists as needed.

  • podiatry (foot medicine, surgery)
