[Allina Health Newsroom, October 20, 2026]
Triple-negative breast cancer is an aggressive form of breast cancer that accounts for about 15% of all breast cancer diagnoses.
Gina Bello was 33 when doctors diagnosed her with triple-negative breast cancer, several years younger than the recommended age for routine mammograms. Fortunately, she trusted what her body was telling her and sought care when she discovered a lump.
She joined
Bronagh Murphy, MD, a breast oncologist with the
Allina Health Cancer Institute, for an interview on KARE 11 to raise awareness about triple-negative breast cancer and encourage women to know their breasts and pay attention to changes.
Watch their interview below, and learn more about Allina Health's mobile mammography program.
