Minnesota United FC showcases new food and spotlights local nonprofit

[WCCO-TV, February 26, 2025] Allina Health's community partner Roots for the Home Team, a nonprofit organization based in St. Paul, was one of the stars at MNUFC's 2025 Food Media Day at Allianz Field. WCCO-TV gave viewers an up-close look at some of the delicious items that will be offered at the stadium, and spoke with Jametta Raspberry, executive director for Roots for the Home Team and Ashely Richardson, one of teens who participates in the program. Roots For the Home Team will sell delicious salads and wraps during games this season.
