Allina Health helps to highlight pediatric boarding crisis at area hospitals

[KSTP, July 28, 2023] Teens and children struggling with behavioral issues, mental health or substance abuse are left in hospitals much longer than needed because of a lack of beds at mental facilities or other safe spaces. Allina Health was among of group of health care systems urging lawmakers to cut red tape and help boost staff at child mental health facilities.
