Fitness and fun this fall at the library

[Pierce County Herald, September 02, 2017] Looking for a social outlet paired with healthy lifestyle choices? The Fitness and Fun program might be for you! Sign up for Yoga with CJ at noon Sept. 7 and 21, or join in a group walk with Florence at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 14.

Eat Well on Four Dollars a Day featuring guest speaker Kathryn Feuerhelm is scheduled at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 28 at and includes a healthy meal. All events within the program are free thanks to funding from Allina Health.
