You can't out-exercise a poor diet according to report

[KARE 11, August 25, 2015] Exercise vs. diet- the debate over which is more important has been going on for years. But now, new research adds to a body of evidence that finds no matter how much you hit the gym, you can't out-exercise a poor diet, at least when it comes to your heart health. Dr. David Hurrell from the Minneapolis Heart Institute at Abbott Northwestern joined KARE 11 News @4 to talk more about the study and how what we eat impacts our heart.
