Support Allina Health Hospice Foundation

As Minnesotans face the challenges of COVID-19, the role of the front line caregivers has never been more crucial. We all want to keep our critical team members in their roles, doing what they do best. This is why the foundations of Allina Health are joining together in an effort to support the needs of all our caregivers at this important time.

Now, more than ever, we are counting on donors to partner with us to meet the challenges ahead. The Allina Health Caring for Caregivers Fund was created to provide immediate financial support for our employees who experience financial challenges during this crisis.

Give Now to support our caregivers and all who make our essential services possible.

Your tax deductible gift, at any level, will be gratefully appreciated. See the difference your donation made in 2019! You can also see how your gift makes a difference in areas such as music therapy and the Wedum Compassion Fund at JA Wedum Residential Hospice.

Dragonfly Gala 2020

Allina Health Hospice Foundation hosted the 17th annual Allina Health Hospice Dragonfly Gala on May 7, 2020. Our virtual gala included some traditional elements such as silent and live auctions as well as some new features that made participating in this virtual event exciting. We raised about $155,000 with proceeds going toward:

  • The Honor Fund which provides enhanced services to veterans and their families, recognizing and honoring their service to our country.
  • The Wedum Compassion Fund which helps hospice patients who need a residential hospice, but cannot afford room and board expenses.
  • A percentage of proceeds support our healthcare providers who are on the front lines battling COVID-19.

You can still participate by visiting our giving page here. Select Dragonfly gala from the drop down menu.
