Grilled seasoned potatoes

2 pounds baby red potatoes, washed and cut into fourths
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons no-salt seasoning


  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine cut potatoes, oil and seasoning. Toss until potatoes are well coated.
  3. Place potatoes on preheated grill pan. Close cover and cook for 20 minutes, uncovering occasionally to turn potatoes. Potatoes are done when they pierce easily with a fork.
  4. Serve warm.
