1/2 medium onion, diced

1 rib celery, diced
2 cups uncooked instant brown rice
2 packets no-salt beef bouillon

1 14.5-ounce can no-salt stewed tomatoes
1 16-ounce can no-salt tomato sauce
1 6-ounce can no-salt tomato paste
2 cups water
