Ingredients
- 16 ounces vanilla wafer cookies
- 5 medium bananas, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 3 3.4-ounce boxes banana cream instant pudding mix
- 6 cups cold fat-free milk
Directions
- Place 1 layer of vanilla wafers at the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch pan. Then, place 1 layer of sliced banana on top. Continue alternating between layers of wafers and bananas (about 6 layers total).
- Prepare pudding according to package directions.
- Pour pudding over layers of vanilla wafers and banana slices.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Cut into 15 pieces.
- Serve chilled.
