Ingredients:
2 cups fat-free milk
1 1/2 cups 100% pure pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, heat all ingredients over medium heat, stirring the entire time, until just before boiling.
2. Pour into mugs and enjoy warm!
