Coffee lovers, rejoice! Your daily cup contains antioxidants (“cancer-fighters”), which may help lower your risk of cancer, type 2 diabetes and heart disease.
1 teaspoon instant coffee
2 tablespoons hot water
3/4 cup low-fat (1%) milk
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tablespoons hot chocolate mix
2 tablespoons fat-free whipped topping
1 teaspoon chocolate syrup
pinch of ground cinnamon
1. In a mug, stir together the instant coffee and hot water. Set aside.
2. In a small saucepan, stir together milk and cinnamon over medium heat. Allow to heat until just steaming, then add the hot chocolate mix. Stir.
3. Add milk mixture to the mug with instant coffee. Stir. Top with whipped topping, a drizzle of chocolate syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy warm!
