This trail mix contains healthful fats, which help to keep your HDL “good” cholesterol high and LDL “bad” cholesterol low.
1/2 cup unsalted walnut halves
1/4 cup unsalted almonds
1/4 cup unsalted cashews
1/4 cup unsalted peanuts
1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1/2 cup dried tart cherries
1/2 cup yogurt-covered raisins
Combine all ingredients in an airtight container. Cover with lid and shake until well-combined. Enjoy!
