Lack of sleep finally led 71-year-old Bradley Wesely of Andover to consider shoulder replacement surgery. He stayed active as a golfer, pickleball player, archer and bowler, but at night the pain was constant.
Both Bradley's wife and his neighbor strongly recommended that he see
L. Pearce McCarty III, MD, a shoulder and elbow orthopedic surgeon with
Allina Health Orthopedics. Because Brad’s rotator cuff was still intact, Dr. McCarty recommended an anatomic shoulder replacement.
Thanks to Dr. McCarty’s expertise, advanced technology and Bradley’s resilience, the surgery at
WestHealth Surgery Center in Plymouth, MN was successful. Bradley is now back to doing the activities he loves and is finally getting a good night’s sleep. Watch his story below.
