Allina Health pulmonologist discusses impact of poor air quality

Western and Northwestern Minnesota are experiencing poor air quality because of the smoke coming from fires burning in Canada. Conditions such as these can negatively impact your health, especially if you already have pre-existing conditions such as asthma. In the KSTP-TV interview below, Allina Health pulmonologist Andrew Stiehm, MD suggested people take it easy if they are going to be outside, and shared symptoms that could be signs your body needs a break.
