Allina Health EMS participates in Heroes and Helpers event

[ABC Newspapers, December 19, 2023] The Blaine Police Department hosted Heroes and Helpers for the 14^th year. First responders from five organizations, including Allina Health Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and 60 students from Anoka-Hennepin, Centennial and Spring Lake Park school districts participated in the annual event in Blaine.

Each student received $200 to buy holiday gifts for themselves and their loved ones. The students partnered with the first responders to go on a shopping spree through Target. There were plenty of smiles at checkout. You can see the photos in this article published in ABC Newspapers.
