Allina Health addiction services manager and friend featured for completing Birkebeiner on one pair of skis

[KARE11, February 27, 2023] Joe Dubay, manager, Allina Health Addiction Services, was featured on KARE 11 for completing the 55-kilometer American Birkebeiner with his friend Chris Parr. And they did it together on one pair of skis. 

Dubay, who now helps others with addiction, shared his challenges with prescription pain medications after suffering an ankle injury and how he re-found his passion for Nordic skiing. Read more about their story, here.
