Minnesota Aurora names Allina Health as its Official Health System Partner

Allina Health will also become the front of jersey sponsor

EAGAN, MN (March 31, 2025) — Minnesota Aurora announced today a multi-year partnership with Allina Health to sponsor the front of the jersey for Aurora and also become the Official Health System Partner for the team. 

“A partnership with an organization like Allina Health that is aligned with our values is a significant milestone for Aurora. It shows the commitment of a major health system to women’s sports and our community,” said Aurora interim president Allie Schmidt. “We are excited for all the opportunities the partnership presents for our organization as we continue to grow.”

Aurora and Allina Health will also work together to support the health and wellness of Aurora players, who will have the option to see an Allina Health provider for annual well-woman visits.  

For the 2025 season, Aurora will be presenting three new uniforms featuring Allina Health on the front of each. The first new uniform will debut April 24th with the additional two kits being revealed ahead of the home opener on May 22. All kits will be available online and at Aurora games after their release.

About Minnesota Aurora FC

Founded in 2021, Minnesota Aurora was established by a group of local Minnesotans with the mission of providing more opportunities for women on and off the field while also creating a safe and welcoming space for everyone. In 2024, the organization expanded to include 2 women’s teams - Aurora (USL-W) and Aurora 2 (UPSL). Aurora has been undefeated in the regular season over three years and has won the Heartland Division all three seasons. The team's home field is TCO Stadium in Eagan at Viking Lakes. Aurora 2 went undefeated in their first season making it to the UPSL playoffs.

The team is Community owned by more than 5000 people across the world in 19 countries, making Aurora the largest independent women’s team in the US.
