“A partnership with an organization like Allina Health that is aligned with our values is a significant milestone for Aurora. It shows the commitment of a major health system to women’s sports and our community,” said Aurora interim president Allie Schmidt. “We are excited for all the opportunities the partnership presents for our organization as we continue to grow.”
“Allina Health is proud to partner with Aurora and to support local women’s sports,” said Blake Long, vice president, Allina Health Brand Marketing and Communications. “Aurora’s commitment to helping women and girls reach their full potential is an excellent complement to our mission of providing expert care to our communities.”
Aurora and Allina Health will also work together to support the health and wellness of Aurora players, who will have the option to see an Allina Health provider for annual well-woman visits.
