Allina Health and St. Francis Regional Medical Center to provide mental health services at future Scott County Integrated Health Center

SHAKOPEE, Minn. (April 15, 2025) — Allina Health and St. Francis Regional Medical Center, which is jointly owned by Allina Health, HealthPartners Park Nicollet and Essentia Health, are grateful for the partnerships that have led to today’s groundbreaking of the Scott County Integrated Health Center.

St. Francis, in partnership with the Allina Health Mental Health and Addiction Clinical Service Line, will offer the following Mental Health and Addiction services in the center:

  • Adult partial hospitalization program (PHP) and day treatment
  • Adult outpatient (OP) addiction services
  • Child partial hospitalization program (PHP)

The partial hospitalization program is an intermediate level of care that bridges the gap for patients who need a more intensive program than a day treatment program while not needing inpatient care.

“The Integrated Health Center is a wonderful example of partners coming together to address the needs of a community. This new care option will give the people of Scott County more opportunities to access care close to home,” said Monte Johnson, MD, vice president medical affairs, St. Francis Regional Medical Center.

The center is expected to be open to patients in early 2026.
