“We are pleased to welcome Fr. Michael to our community,” said Jill Ostrem, United Hospital – Hastings Regina Campus president. “This is an incredibly unique position for our community. Fr. Michael will serve in our hospital chapel, provide spiritual support for residents in the senior living community and live on campus. His presence helps in our mission to provide exceptional care to the communities we serve.”
Fr. Michael has been an ordained Roman Catholic priest since 1983. He recently retired from St. Joseph of the Lakes Catholic Church in Lino Lakes.
“I am pleased to have this opportunity to continue walking alongside people as they follow the life and teachings of Christ,” said Fr. Michael. As the resident chaplain, I look forward to meeting new people and helping them on their spiritual journey.”
