Meet the first baby born at Owatonna Hospital in 2024

OWATONNA, Minn. (Jan. 02, 2024) — The Riskedahl family of Hartland, Minn. and the care team at Owatonna Hospital welcomed Charlotte Summer Riskedahl on Monday, Jan. 1 at 12:08 a.m. Weighing five pounds, six ounces and measuring 19 ¼ inches at birth, Charlotte is the first baby born at Owatonna Hospital this year, and she is the sixth child of Ashley and Jade Riskedahl. She was due on Friday, Jan. 5, but her mother went into labor on New Year’s Eve. Now the Riskedahls have three boys and three girls. Welcome to the world, Charlotte!
