MINNEAPOLIS (Sept. 5, 2024) — Allina Health Minneapolis Heart Institute cardiologists are now seeing patients at St. Croix Falls and Lindstrom clinic locations, thanks to a new partnership with St. Croix Health.
“We appreciate the opportunity to support the cardiologist on staff at St. Croix Health and better serve the needs of patients in Minnesota and western Wisconsin. We are committed to bringing nationally recognized heart care close to home,” said Thomas Biggs, MD, Allina Health Minneapolis Heart Institute’s cardiovascular outreach medical director.
“This partnership allows us to bring advanced care and cutting-edge treatments closer to home for our patients. Together, we will provide even more comprehensive and specialized cardiac services. I am optimistic about the tremendous benefits this collaboration will bring to our patients,” said Glenn Nickele, MD, St. Croix Health cardiologist.
The St. Croix Falls and Lindstrom locations join more than 50 outreach sites where cardiologists with Allina Health Minneapolis Heart Institute provide care. This is in addition to comprehensive heart care centers at Abbott Northwestern and United hospitals.
