Allina Health announces departure of Chief Administrative Officer

MINNEAPOLIS (July 22, 2024) — With great appreciation and gratitude, Allina Health announces that Christine Moore has decided to step away from her role as executive vice president and Chief Administrative Officer at Allina Health.

Moore joined Allina Health in 2015 as the system’s Chief Human Resources Officer. In the decade since, she has progressively taken on expanded leadership responsibilities. In addition to human resources, she is accountable for marketing and communications, philanthropy and our security teams.

"We will miss Christine and her dedication to Allina Health, our mission and the people who make it so special," said Lisa Shannon, president and CEO of Allina Health. "She has been a leader during challenging times in health care, which included a pandemic and subsequent workforce shortages.

Building teams and culture has been a constant thread for Christine, as well as her passion for sharing the many dimensions of Allina Health’s story to employees, patients and the communities we serve. Her leadership can be found in initiatives that have touched every aspect of our organization, such as championing employee well-being, sponsoring our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging journey and helping to launch a system philanthropy strategy.”

“I am honored to have been part of such a mission-driven organization that cares so deeply about serving patients, care team members and entire communities,” said Moore. “I have tremendous confidence in the teams I was fortunate to support and look forward to watching Allina Health continue to so beautifully serve our community.”
